My name is Amanda and I am a 22 yr old female in Newmarket, Ont. Canada. I am a Equestrian rider and I love Eventing. I have been taking time off, 6 months so far due to surgeries and I am noticing my muscle mass starting to fade and I am putting on weight in area's that I do not want it.
